Artwork Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping Information

Ground shipping is standard, based on weight & dimensions of the package. Shipping and insurance is complimentary to Continental US addresses. If you require expedited or international shipping, please email me (pamela@pamelarobersonart.com) to discuss the extra charges and fees that may be applicable.

The customer is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with international shipping.

Easy Returns & Exchanges Process

I am committed to your 100% satisfaction whenever you purchase a piece from me. You have 4 days upon receiving the piece of art to decide that it’s not right for you and return it.

This is how that process works:

  1. Within four (4) days of receiving the work you must contact me via email at pamela@pamelarobersonart.com

  2. I will confirm your request and from the date of that confirmation, you will have seven (7) days to initiate shipping the piece back to me.

  3. Once the piece has arrived in good condition, I will refund your purchase price, less shipping fees, in full.

Please note that if you do not notify me within four (4) days of receipt or do not initiate shipping the work to me within seven (7) days of confirming your intent to return the piece, you will not be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions may apply, please contact me.)

How to Return Undamaged Artwork

  1. Contact me via email (pamela@pamelarobersonart.com) within four (4) days of receipt of the item to let me know you’d like to return it.

  2. Once you’ve gotten confirmation from me regarding your intent to return, you have seven (7) days to initiate shipping the package to me. In other words, there is a tracking number associated with the pickup of the package by the third-party shipper.

  3. Use the original packing material to pack the piece for shipment. If you don’t have that material anymore, you will be responsible for purchasing the necessary materials for safe transport. I will send you good instructional links for this.

How to Return Damaged Artwork

  1. Take pictures of the damaged piece and packaging. Save the packaging!

  2. Contact me via email (pamela@pamelarobersonart.com) within two (2) days of receipt of the damaged item and include the pictures.

  3. I will contact you to discuss next steps.
