Acquiring artwork directly from an artist is different than purchasing from a large retailer.
Each painting is handled individually, and I work directly with collectors throughout the acquisition process.
The information below applies to paintings acquired directly through the studio. If a painting is represented by a gallery, all shipping, delivery, and return arrangements are handled through the gallery.
Shipping
Shipping arrangements are discussed individually for each acquisition. Costs vary depending on the size of the artwork, destination, and delivery requirements.
You will receive a shipping quote and estimated delivery timeline before completing your acquisition.
International collectors are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees associated with importation.
Returns
If, upon receiving a painting, you decide it is not the right fit for your space, please contact me within four (4) days of delivery.
The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging whenever possible. Once the artwork has been received and inspected, the purchase price will be refunded less shipping costs.
Damaged Artwork
In the unlikely event that artwork arrives damaged, please photograph the artwork and packaging materials and contact me within two (2) days of delivery.
I will work directly with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
